FREE SUNSET DRUM CIRCLE with SOL BALANCE
(Although this is a free event, we still ask that you “purchase” a seat so we know how many people to plan for, for refreshments.)

Join us for a Sunset Drum Circle as we share in gratitude for the blessings that abound.   Bring your own drum, rattle, or instrument to play along.  All ages welcome to join us in this freestyle drumming event.  No instruments required to participate.  On this evening the sunset is at 6:31pm.  We will open with some light breath work, grounding into the space and demo on the freestyle play of the drum/instruments in a group setting around a bonfire.  This is a unique experience where free play is invited and we will learn and see how the group play comes into sync as the beat plays on and connects us all.  Bring your own chair and water.  We will conclude the circle by 7:30pm.  While this event is free, registration is required. Drum Circle led by Beth Donovan of Sol Balance.  Beth’s training in sound and energy healing practices has led her to share these holistic modalities with others through sound, meditation and reiki.
