Class 3: Processing Your Forest Birds
-processing (watch an entire processing session and go over all equipment and best set up and practices)
-look at infrastructure needed for processing and touch on local and federal laws
-chat meat storage

All class purchases are final and non transferrable or refundable. We do not offer any refunds for any reason what so ever. We understand life happens, but we are committing to limiting class sizes so that you, as the student, have the absolute best experience. If you are unable to attend your class or the series, your payment will be applied as a donation to the PAY WHAT YOU CAN Produce Stand.  You will have access however to the recorded version still.  Please make sure that you do not have any scheduling conflicts before booking a single class or committing to the entire series. Class times are advertised in Eastern Standard time, so please double check time differences when signing up.  Webinar Sessions will be recorded.  Recorded webinar sessions will be available to anyone who attends the classes and wants to look back OR misses a class.  Recordings will be released via email invite within a week of the original class date.

When signing up, please use a valid email and valid phone number.  We will be emailing the zoom invites prior to the class to the email you signed up with.  We may also text, if for some reason the email bounces back to us.
