This is a non refundable $1,500 deposit to go toward the final cost of a custom butchered hog from our farm. The cost is $9/pound on the hanging weight. This includes all butcher fees. There will be an additional cost to the final total (which is minimal) for extra sausage seasonings you may opt for like pure maple syrup or cheddar cheese. A non refundable $1,500 deposit is required to place your order and it will take about 6-8 weeks to get your hog, fully custom processed, ready to pick up on farm. The remainder will be invoiced to you once we have the hanging weight (this happens fairly quickly) and will need to be paid BEFORE we bring the meat back to the farm. As an example, for a 225lb hanging hog, your total will be $2,025 (without extra spice costs). As an example this would make your TOTAL DUE ON PICK UP $525.00 after the $1,500. is applied to the total.

Pick up must happen on the farm at a scheduled time unless you are opting to pick up in ROEBLING, NJ.
*If you are in NJ/PA/DE and are ordering for NJ delivery for pick up in ROEBLING, NJ, there will be an additional $100 delivery fee per pig to include delivery and dry ice. We will reach out after processing for exact date of pick up as we will need to coordinate the pick up from the butcher with the direct drive north and to make sure that everyone’s pigs are ready at the same time. ALL OF OUR MEAT IS USDA STAMPED AND CAN TRAVEL STATE LINES. Timeline may exceed the 8 weeks for this particular delivery but will be around that time.
